1. Introduction and Acceptance

3. Account Registration and Member Obligations

Each individual may hold only one (1) cuci44 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. cuci44 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your login details.

You agree that:

• You will not share your cuci44 account credentials with any third party.
• You will notify cuci44 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• All funds deposited into your cuci44 account are from legitimate sources and you are the lawful owner of those funds.
• You will not use any automated systems, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the cuci44 platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

cuci44 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Malaysian members: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank DuitNow, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Transfer, and USDT TRC20. 9. Limitation of Liability

cuci44's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member into their cuci44 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cuci44's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by cuci44's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

cuci44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where cuci44 has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The account has been used for fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
• The member has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Regulatory, compliance, or anti-money laundering obligations require cuci44 to do so.

Upon termination, any balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member following satisfactory completion of identity verification, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or investigation holds apply.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which cuci44 holds its international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through cuci44's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant regulatory authority.
